What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the ability to provide l my personal experiences to students in order to allow them to acheive the best possible results. Being in that exact position before, I can understand their position which allows greater enjoyment in the simple act of helping a student. Having ups and downs in my academic journey, I particularly enjoy empathizing with students that I can see may be struggling with the same concepts I did. Tuition allows for me to pass on knowledge and experiences I have accrued when I went through the school system.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my greatest strengths as a tutor would be my patience with students. I understand how frustrating being stuck on a question may be, or the complete alien feel of concepts for students. I have a great amount of patience for students due to this mutual understanding. I believe as a tutor being patient and empathetic with my students is the greatest attribute for academic success and development.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

One of the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to place their complete faith in them. A tutor needs to have a mutual trust with their student, in the completion of homework and revision tasks for example. Many students lack confidence or may come from a background where they don't believe they have a lot of support academically. This is where I believe is an essential component a tutor must focus on. Past all the homework and repetition, I believe tutors must work together and trust their students.
