What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

There is an immense satisfaction in helping someone to understand concepts and to achieve their best potential.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am a strong believer in fully understanding concepts rather than pure memory, so when I tutor it is in a way which leads to longer term memory and understanding for application to problem solving, rather than short term memorisation which doesn't promote true learning.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Help the student to understand concepts and how to think about solutions to problems and to think about how they apply concepts they learn, so that when they're alone they can think clearly and accurately for themselves. A tutor can also strive to make a subject more interesting for a student by finding a way to explain things which works for the individual student's strengths and interests.
