What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I find it endlessly rewarding to be able to observe the growth of confidence, creativity and passion in my students. I am a people person, and seriously enjoy connecting with my students on an empathetic level as well as an academic one. I find the best progress comes when the student trusts and respects their tutor, and when they have fun!

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I feel I make a great tutor because of my warmth and charisma. I love connecting with and inspiring people, and enjoy learning from the students I am working with. I am a meticulous teacher, and make absolute sure that my students understand all my instructions. Furthermore, I am particularly interested in the emotional welfare of students, and am invested in their developing strong work ethics and good study skills. I have a structured study plan that I use myself, and which I am happy to teach other students, as it has greatly helped me organise my life and maximise my available time.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To be kind and patient when teaching a student new skills, but to be rigorous in teaching. To quickly dissuade any mistaken habits, and promote the learning of correct and useful skills that will benefit the student for the rest of their life.
