What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Tutoring is a learning opportunity for both the tutor and students as teaching others enhances your own understanding of the topics as you delve further into them and furthermore provides me the satisfaction of seeing the students understand what they have been taught and over time apply that knowledge as they integrate it within various types of questions. Previous experience working students within peer support also has improved communication skills to be able to deal with conflict resolution among students and implement a strategic learning method to suit the needs of the children and cater to their abilities. Since the peer tutoring experience, I have been fascinated with educating younger students and helping them improve within the desired area of study to see the change and improvement over time.
