What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The one on one learning experiencing you get from tutoring is completely different to teaching a whole class. You learn about different learning styles and how to cater for each individual needs. Tutoring enables you to build positive relationships without the student feeling pressured as they might with their regular teacher.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

As I am still relatively young, and work in a low socio economic school, I feel as though I can relate to students and build a stronger relationship. Through my work and academic experience I feel as though I can be a strong candidate to be a tutor.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to set up reachable and positive expectations for individual students. No two students learn the same, so it is important to cater for the individuals learning needs whether they need concrete materials, whiteboards, etc.
