My favourite part about tutoring is being able to help a student understand concepts and achieve their academic goals. It is really rewarding teaching students subjects I am passionate about and inspiring them to enjoy these subjects.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As I tutor, I believe my strengths are that I am an enthusiastic person enabling me to engage the student. I am able to explain complex (and simple) principles in a number of simple and easy to understand ways. I work around the student's abilities by listening to their queries, to ensure the lesson is beneficial to them. Another strength of mine as a tutor is that I have a lot of patience and perseverance with all students, especially when students are having difficulty with concepts. I believe it is really important that a tutor is able to communicate well, encourage and understand the primary needs of their students. The tutor should then be able to think of many different and useful strategies to help the student learn. It is very important the tutor brings a sense of fun to the lesson, to urge the student to want to learn more.
