What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy passing the knowledge of both in areas which I performed well in and in areas that I did not perform so well in, (but later have realised the fatal flaws), in which I have developed and recognised throughout the years of primary, secondary and in my early tertiary education. Throughout my schooling life, I have had both teacher and tutors who have inspired me, and in some respects determined my future aspirations and goals, through tutoring I hope to be able pass on my knowledge, to inspire my students in the same way I was motivated by my past and current educators.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe that one of my greatest strengths is my positive and enthusiastic attitude towards completing tasks, in particular to educate others. On top of that, my meticulous and conscientious methods of studying will not only improve the quality of my tutoring, but I will also be able to set a good example for my students to imitate. Lastly, I would consider myself to be a patient individual and I will be willing to go through things that my student did not understand over and over again until they completely understand.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Although, it is important for the student's grades to improve, I believe it is even more important for the tutor to foster the student to develop a good and optimistic attitude towards their learning. The tutor should attempt to inspire the student and spark their interest in the area in which they are tutoring, and if possible they should attempt to educate the student about the subject beyond the confinements of the syllabus. The tutor should also provide a good example for the student to develop good study habits.
