What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I like guiding students through their work with leading questions and discouraging the spoon-fed, fact absorption that our digital, faux-academic culture forces many students to partake of. Its great to see the gears ticking away. I also love it when students tackle old weaknesses (fractions, negative numbers, trig) and with a little help are able to overcome them.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think I'm great at engaging my students. I also think I'm good at making it safe to ask the questions they thought were too stupid or obvious to ask. I also like indulging incorrect processes from time to time to get wrong answers so we can go back through the work and address our method or even just make sure we didn't drop any negatives.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
