What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy seeing the smile on my students' faces when they finally understand a topic they have been struggling with, when they see improvement in their studies, or when they achieve top marks in school. Sometimes, a student can put the maximum effort and cannot see the desired results. But when I see them pushing forward, not giving up, finding joy in learning again and eventually achieving what they dreamt with the correct tools, support and guidance, I am extremely delighted. Their happiness is my happiness.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

1) Customisation I always tailor my classes and worksheets according to my students' needs. This helps them substantially improve in their academics 2) Empathy I care for all my students and try to see their goals and difficulties from their perspective. Providing helpful feedback while being encouraging is the key. 3) Communication I interact with all my students and their parents effectively to create a suitable learning environment. Providing and receiving feedback from them while incorporating constructive criticism in my tutoring leads to the best possible outcomes for the student.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

1) Helping students to reach their academic goals through personalised teaching, assessments and making learning fun. 2) Listen to what they have to say about school, including their achievements and struggles, and provide the necessary support. 3) Always encourage the student and comment on their genuine attempts, hard work, improvements and achievements. Support them mentally to keep pushing forward. 4) Never discourage the student with harsh words if they fail. Use empathetic communication and provide constructive criticism on how to improve.
