About Thuy Trang

Experience in Maths tutoring

I was a Maths tutor in Vietnam for the SATs (the USA version of the HSCs) and for Advanced Programs (the USA equivalent of Advanced and Extension Maths) for 2 years. I also went to a selective high school, which had a very rigorous Mathematics curriculum, so I believe that I can provide excellent expertise and advice to you!

Current studies

I am a first year Teaching student at Western Sydney University! I also work as a student ambassador for the University, which means I get to talk to students everyday and answer their questions- my favourite part of the job. I am also studying a Mathematics minor, so I could provide helpful studying tips for all of my students.

Personal philosophy

There are no stupid questions! I love answering even the most obvious questions and love getting students excited about Mathematics, so do not feel afraid to ask me anything.
