Some lack of test strategies, unfamiliar of the question type and stress when she sat a test. From her previous test, she misread the condition or questions, hence wrote down the wrong answer/not the thing the question is asking. Iโve suggested her to keep checking her highlights of the question while she is doing them, as well as practice more under the exam condition to make sure she can doing question calmly during the test. And we will keep learning Log next week to prepare her for the next test.
Olivia is able to do addition and subtraction smoothly, but may need to further practice the new vertical calculation method which can avoid little mistakes.

However, I think she was pretty confused about how division works (especially how multiplication can be applied to solve divisions), so I highly recommend focusing on this content for practicing. Her directed rules are memorised well, just keeps reviewing those rules should be enough. And I will send you a 2 digits divide and multiply worksheet through email (i was unsure what she needs to practice this time, next time I will try to bring her practice sheet direct).

Olivia has done an amazing job in multiplication for 2 digits, I am very happy for her?? And the knowledge about root and square root are also perfectly learned today. She also understands simple divisions well, but more digits ones probably need more practice (as I may need to introduce the concept of remainder systematically in the future).
She does feel a bit confused about the application question because it includes the concept of CHANGE (ie temperature change). Please tell her do not be worried about it, focusing on calculations for revision and we will go through them again in the future.
