What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The moment when a student understands a difficult concep.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

2.5 Years of experience as a Rowing Coach for Year 9-12 students alongside on and off highschool tutoring means I am used to teaching varying year levels of students. I personally like to learn through a conceptual approach rather than ROTE learning, and try and make sure students learn a similar way as it leads to a better understanding. I have a variety of experience (top high school subjects: chemistry, economics, geography, maths methods, all scaled 40+, completed bachelor of commerce, commencing masters of engineering). I also already possess a paid Working With Children check.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing a tutor can do is be flexible and adapt to the student. People learn in different ways, and the tutor should be able to work out the best approach on a case-by-case basis
