What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
The feeling of satisfaction when a student understands a concept that they did not or could not prior to the lesson! Being able to bring out the best in a student, mentor them, and see them grow and succeed is why I want to get back into tutoring.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Being very sensitive to how confident a student feels on a given topic or conceptual idea. I often use probing questions to tackle a students understanding and find misconceptions or misunderstandings. This lets me reason out if a student properly grasps a concept or not, and work on their weaknesses.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Obviously, the most important thing I can do is teach students the material they are trying to learn, with *clear communication*. Believe in every student. Not every student will ace every test, but so long as I can support them in being *their* best, I'll be helping them reach their potential. Building rapport with each student is also key.
