What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love watching the kids make progress on aspects of a subject that they initially find challenging and often avoid when they are studying at home alone. I like to find ways to make learning easier by using acronyms and stories to make difficult concepts easier to understand.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My patient and ability to use different methods of teaching until I find the right style that suits an individual kid. I am able to alter tasks depending on the areas that the kids are either thriving in or finding difficult. I like to focus on the problems that the kid finds difficult/avoids when at home studying so they can begin to feel more comfortable.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor must be able to approach problems/concepts in different ways until they find the best way that the kid understands. Teachers have method that suit the whole class, whereas tutors must be able to look deeper into the specific areas a kid is struggling in and answer their questions that take longer and more practice. Tutors must be able to listen to the kid and let them work through problems, stepping in when assistance is required.
