What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
What I enjoy most about tutoring is witnessing the transformation in my students as they gain confidence in themselves and their education. There's something truly rewarding about helping them improve their understanding of a subject and watching that progress translate into their ability to tackle challenges independently. Seeing them light up when they solve a problem or grasp a concept, they have been struggling with is an incredible experience. It's these moments that remind me how impactful tutoring can be, not just in terms of academic growth, but also in fostering self-belief & resilence.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor lie in my ability to communicate effectively with my students and tailor my approach to meet their individual needs by simplifying hard concepts making them easier to understand. Additionally, my ability to identify areas where my students may be struggling and provide them with personalised learning material and teaching methods to adapt to their needs is one of my key strengths. Moreover, i am committed to fostering a learning environment where my students feel comfortable to ask me questions and make mistakes as a part of their learning process.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
For me, tutoring isn't just about teaching; it's about empowering students to see their own potential and inspiring them to approach learning with curiosity and confidence. The most important thing a tutor can do for his or her student is providing them with support and guidance that allows them to flourish and grow as an individual. This also encompasses making the lesson engaging and interactive so its enjoyable for the student. Another important skill is just to be able to listen to them and based on that, teach them the right study methods.

Ibona understands the literary devices taught and can effectively apply them in sentences and identify them in texts. In math, she grasps concepts once taught but requires assistance in recalling how to do them. To support her, I have provided a guideline to help her navigate how to work out different types of fractions.
For maths, ibona needs more practise in working out fractions and how to simplify a fraction with the help of also memorising her multiplication tables more thoroughly. As for english we should aim to expand her vocabulary slowly.
