What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy tutoring because I am given the opportunity to help children achieve their best and inspire them on a personal and academic level. It excites me to see how energetic a learner becomes as soon as they understand a topic they struggled with. The determination and enthusiasm that stirs within a child is heart-warming. I enjoy getting to know my learners and to learn about life from their perspective. It brings me such a sense of joy to gain insight into their views and opinions about life. I can confidently say that I have learnt as much from students as they have learnt from me.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I think that my biggest strength as a tutor is my flexibility and willingness to always learn and try new things. This extends to the students that I teach as well, where I'm willing to, sometimes, follow the lead of the students and alter my plans.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think its most important to listen and consider your students by asking questions, attentively listening to their responses to determine if they have underlying misunderstandings or misconceptions about the material. By letting a student explain the topic in their own words, I can diagnose the issue and perhaps offer a new perspective on how I can change my teaching style to adapt to neccessay needs.

About Mi
Education Background
As a second-year medical student, I am immersed in the challenging yet rewarding journey of learning and applying scientific principles to human health. I am passionate about scientific discovery and believe in the power of medicine to improve lives. I am a highly motivated individual with a deep-seated passion for science, especially chemistry and biology.
Extracurricular Activities
My volunteer experience in assisting with blood sample collection has provided me with valuable insights into the healthcare system and the importance of accurate and compassionate patient care. This has helped to instill a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. I have also taken part of a program called 'After school help', where I assist students after school hours to help them with necessary school work and exams.
Passion for learning and tutoring
My experience as a tutor last year has been incredibly rewarding. I have had the opportunity to work with students of varying ages and abilities, helping them to build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I am adept at explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, fostering a supportive learning environment, and motivating students to reach their full potential.
