What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I really enjoy learning and growing with the student to get to that breakthrough moment when you are able to explain the topic in a way that makes perfect sense to them. I also find the opportunity to inspire a love for learning by prioritising critical thinking extremely rewarding. I enjoy making a positive impact on a student\'s life, whether it is improving their confidence, inspiring their learning or just being a supportive person who they can rely on.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
A strength of mine as a tutor is my dedication to helping the student understand the material. If they are unable to grasp the content based on my current explanation, I will adapt my approach to find the explanation that helps them reach complete understanding. Another strength of mine as a tutor is my patience, I am willing to work through challenging topics at the student\'s pace, giving them time to fully grasp the material. Another one of my strengths as a tutor is my passion, I believe that by having a genuine enthusiasm for the content, I can instill a love for learning in all students.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I consider the most important things a tutor can do to be instilling confidence, a love for learning and critical thinking skills in their student. I believe that helping a student with their confidence levels when learning new concepts is crucial to inspiring growth and long-term success. I believe that cultivating a love for learning is something that contributes to a student\'s life beyond just academic achievement. Additionally, developing critical thinking skills equips students to grasp new concepts and navigate any challenges that they may be presented with.
