What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy that tutoring is a form of helping students. Being in the healthcare sector, I help patients feel better and meet their health goals through the services I provide. In the same way, I am motivated to empower students and help them overcome challenges to achieve their academic goals. I find it very rewarding to see such improvements as it would often help them feel more confident.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a fresh graduate, I relate to the challenges students face, having recently been one myself. This allows me to connect with them on the same level. I believe that one of my strengths is patience. I recognise that every student learns at their own pace, and I’m committed to explain concepts thoroughly in a comfortable environment, no matter how long it takes for them. My experience in explaining complex ideas in simple terms to patients in the healthcare sector has strengthened my skills to communicate clearly and adapt to each student's learning style.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe in inspiring and guiding students in their journey. A tutor should not only provide materials and explain concepts but also motivate students to go beyond their comfort zones. While tutoring others, I observe that when students improve, they become more self-confident and are spurred to work even harder in other areas, such as becoming disciplined.
