What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I love it when I get to see the smile on a child's face when they finally understand something or they get better at a specific topic they've been struggling with for an extended period of time. The most important thing a tutor must do for a student is to understand the student at a human level and what works best for them in terms of learning strategies. I.e., are they visual learners, do they respond better to a written formula, or something equivalent?
