What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Being able to give someone a new perspective on something they might be struggling with, and seeing that 'lightbulb' moment. Finding different ways to explain an idea is challenging, but so rewarding when done successfully.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Connection with students, as i really enjoy meeting people. I am able to use my confidence and personable skills really well in this way. Connecting with a student as well as parents is something that i think is super valuable to creating a prosperous learning environment.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Turning a laborious task that makes a student feel worse about themselves, into something that can be enjoyable or at least tolerable to learn. Learning should be fun and rewarding not frustrating. Even if minimal numerical advances in marks are made short term, being able to help a student see that learning/study can be enjoyable is a much greater success.
