What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy forming a connection with the person I am tutoring, and making a meaningful difference to their learning journey. the satisfaction when they complete a problem they previously struggled with or moments when the penny drops are truly valuable and watching them gain confidence in the subject and themselves is immensely rewarding. I also enjoy the challenge of trying to communicate solutions and new idea in ways that is clear, interesting, eloquent and personalised to the child. tutoring is not easy, but it is never boring and such a great challenge.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths are communication, patience, understanding and great knowledge of maths and science. I have the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms, which helps students grasp difficult subjects more easily. My patience allows me to work with students at their own pace, ensuring they fully understand the material before progressing. I am highly adaptable, and having informally tutored a number of students in the past, understand that no two people learn the same and are receptive to different teaching styles and methods.

Additionally, offering personalised support is essential; tailoring the sessions to the student's unique needs, strengths and learning styles.
