What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What brings me joy in tutoring is seeing the kids develop and grow on their knowledge. I enjoy being able to motivate and inspire kids.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my strengths are that I’m understanding and patient. I recognise that sometimes kids will struggle when learning content and that they may not fully grasp it at first. I am also able to speak and explain content clearly in a way that I believe is easily understandable. Furthermore, I can identify a child’s strengths and weaknesses and know what to focus on, which would be what they’re struggling with.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Firstly, a tutor should be able to see how a child learns and his/her capabilities and then tailor their teaching to their needs accordingly. This way the students chances of academic success are maximised as their learning is effective. Another thing I believe is a tutor should also help the child increase their confidence in their ability and motivate them to achieve their goals. Whilst learning the content is important it is also crucial that a student practises what they have learnt and have the appropriate, sufficient resources to do so, which I think a good tutor should provide.
