What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
There are a number of things I enjoy about tutoring, but the following are my top reasons. I very much enjoy working with young people, befriending them, getting to know them and seeing how they grow and improve with my guidance and support. I also really appreciate having the opportunity to spread my skills and knowledge and to pay forward the invaluable help and guidance provided to me by my teachers, mentors and tutors throughout my time in education, and to be able to give back and contribute to society and my community in a meaningful way.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
As a tutor, I believe my strengths are my empathy and my cheerful nature, my excellent communication skills, my creativity and my significant experience in tutoring and first-hand experience of both the education system and the workforce.Most important things I can do for a student π
For me, I believe that not only is it important for a tutor to impart academic knowledge upon the student in their lessons, but also to make sure to impart this knowledge in an engaging, creative way and check in, providing extra guidance and exercises as necessary so as much as possible they can truly understand and absorb the concepts. I also believe that it is crucial that a tutor act as an overall mentor for the student, not just in their academics, to foster a greater connection with the student and to be able to help them and guide them in a holistic manner.Subjects Tutored π
