What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy several aspects of tutoring. Firstly, watching other students grasp new concepts and develop the skills is rewarding, it is very fulfilling to see them achieve their goals and gain confidence from it. Secondly, tutoring allows me to revisit and deepen my own understanding of subjects, which allows me to constantly learn. Moreover, knowing that my support can have a lasting impact on a student's academic journey is really motivating. Lastly, forming connections and building relationships with students can be enriching and also allows them to be confident in their work.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Firstly, I am patient and willing to explain a concept to a student multiple times or in different ways to help the student understand. Secondly, I can explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner tailored to the student's level of comprehension. Furthermore, I provide positive feedback and encouragement which helps students build their confidence and motivation. Lastly, I am well-organised and can plan effective lessons for the students.

The most important thins a tutor can do for a student is to build their confidence. By encouraging and positive reinforcement allows a student to build their confidence in their abilities. Secondly, as a medical student, being a positive role model by providing guidance on academic and career goals can have significant impact on a student's future. Lastly and I think as a tutor is quite important to create a safe learning environment for students that they feel comfortable and not-judged to ask questions and express their difficulties.
