The most important things a tutor can do for a student is helping them improve their understanding on a subject and developing in them a genuine love and curiosity for learning through the use of different methods be it through drawing or reward systems. The most important things would include being a good role model for the children by encouraging them to pursue their ambitions in their next stage of life or by sharing what you study or do that will inspire them.
