What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Helping someone else out and seeing how happy it might make them to figure out how to solve the problem.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

During my time in high school I had an excellent maths teacher who taught me some great methods to remember equations and how to complete certain operations. I've liked maths since I was 12 and as long as I know how to apply an equation I can help out as best I can. An example of what my teacher taught me to work out the multiplication of positive and negative numbers, "are they the same?". If yes, your head goes up and down, your hand goes up and down, it's positive. If no, your head goes left to right, your hand goes left to right, it's negative.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Giving them a safe space to try, they shouldn't need to worry about failure or success, because then they might be too scared to give it a go.
