About Tannu
My Area of Interest
I am completing my bachelor of engineering honours and science, majoring in chemical engineering and data science. I love learning new ideas and skills, especially about innovation. I spent much time reading about ways the world works from many different perspectives, specifically people's views around the coming technology-heavy future. I wish to one day research about people's involvement in technological advancements.
What I do for fun
For fun, I love spending time with my family and friends but sometimes alone time is important too. In my alone time, I paint or call up a friend who I haven't spoken to in a while. I believe the best way to live life, is to go with the flow and not dive too much into the future or the past.

- when going over her pre-grade assessment homework, Amelia felt confident about indices laws and other topics that were covered during the first half of year 10. Which is good to see. - she was able to understand her trig ratios really well, which is also good because they are essential to understanding other trig topics
- I have been seeing a pattern with Amelia's leaning, she knows a lot of her content, however when I ask her to do a question she tends to forget her past understanding. The reason to this is usually lack of regular revision, but that is alright, I will set up some regular quizzes of past topics so they can stay fresh in her brain.
- we were able to clear up her knowledge gaps from year 9 - completed all her homework, despite struggling a little bit

- Amelia has completed the previous week's homework, which was pre-grade year 10 β so work that Amelia was meant to know before entering year 10, however, she did have multiple errors - This has raised a concern that she may have some gaps from year 9 but that is alright, while working through year 10 work, I will work on her gaps of knowledge from year 9 too - As for future lesson plans, I will take more time to work slower through Ameliaβs content understanding, and to do this I will try to work through questions that will be similar to her homework, that way she gets to solve the questions a second time at her own pace and find any detail, she understands when I teach her, but forgets when doing it herself. We can then work through the details again next week to ensure she is confident.
