What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The best part about tutoring students is to be able to help them to get a better grasp of the subjects and watch them improve in their understanding and range of confidence. Sharing the joy of being part of someone else's learning process and seeing their "ah" moments or the moment when things make sense is what makes the job so exciting and rewarding. Tutoring also provides me an opportunity to experience a variety of teaching methods and to find the most effective strategy adaptable for each student based on their learning style.

In my opinion, the two things I have got as a tutor which make me the best are depending on a student level and the ability to explain the complicated ideas in a simple and understandable language. I'm also very observant of students' body language and tone, which helps me gauge their level of comprehension and adjust my approach accordingly.

In my opinion, the top roles of a tutor are to establish a meaningful relationship and maintain an atmosphere where students feel welcome to ask questions and make mistakes without being judged. good tutor is supposed to create an atmosphere boosting the student's self-confidence while encouraging them to think critically and to resolve problems. It is probably the most important thing that the tutor serves as a guide and facilitator instead of just presenting - engaging students in the active learning by discussions, practice problems, and real-world applications.
