First of all I am a very interactive person. Be it tutoring or casual chatting, I love meeting and talking to people. Since a very younger age I have been passionate about teaching. I think it's very important for the tutor to see things from a student's perspective. Be more compassionate, as teaching is one of the noble professions, I feel. Another important thing from my experience is that, there is no definite way of teaching. Every student is different. So the tutor should adopt a method that is suitable for each student.
