I have varied experience, not just in, not only in the education sector but also in a military squad and in a leadership role on a futsal team, among others. It always comes down to two human beings interacting with each other. Education should not be a one-way process where the teacher teaches and the student passively receives information. There must be a bond between the teacher and the student, then the exchange of mathematical knowledge. I have learned this through my many teaching experiences, developing a unique chemistry with each student and applying the most effective methods.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
