As a tutor, I love when the children excel and see their happy faces when they can solve a problem on their own without any help. I would consider my strength to be that firstly, I establish a rapport with the children which makes them feel comfortable and in a friendly environment. Then I try to adapt to the needs of the child and follow a different pattern of teaching if needed.
