What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Throughout my experience in tutoring other students, I have enjoyed the process of building a positive and encouraging relationship. I believe having a supportive environment can help an individual thrive. Additionally I enjoy contributing to someone's academic journey and helping them reach their academic goals. It's very rewarding to guide someone through academic challenges - especially when I can share my experience of how I navigated through a similar difficulty.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of my strengths as a tutor is my patience when working with others. I understand the feeling of a continuously struggling with a concept therefore I try to demonstrate as much empathy and patience when engaging with students. Additionally I do have good time management skills, as I can organize my own time, and plan lessons for students accordingly. I also try to have as much flexibility as a tutor, in case I need to change my approach according to the students needs.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

In my experience, the most important things a tutor can do for a student would involve; explaining difficult concepts in a way that aligns with the students learning style, helping the student with homework and upcoming assessments, and creating a learning to plan to ensure they are always on track and not falling behind. Everyone learns differently and has different strengths/weaknesses therefore it\'s important as a tutor to adapt your teaching style in the most effective way according to the student. Making a learning plan ensures that a student is learning at a comfortably pace.
