What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I've always had an interest in sharing knowledge with others since high school. As someone who is able to understand math and science relatively quickly, I found that I was able to help out friends with their queries which helped me boost my own knowledge too. I also think tutoring is rewarding. It feels good to teach others and when the concepts click for the students it's amazing to see improvement.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Having completed VCE in 2022 with an ATAR of 97.55 I still have a firm understanding of the key aspects of Chemistry (44), Methods (42) and Biology (41) (Attached with study scores). Additionally, I hope to use my own recent experiences to assist new VCE students in navigating something that I've completed

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

From the perspective of a past student who's worked with tutors. I've found the best environment to learn is one that feels inviting and open to questions. I hope I can build such an environment where students do not feel worried about asking questions or use me as a resource to aid their learning. Furthermore, I think it's paramount that a tutor understands how the student best learns which might take a while but some students may require more visual-based teaching while others like texts and ultimately it's about tailoring the experience to the student in my opinion.
