What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy tutoring as I love seeing my students succeed especially when they were struggling beforehand. Seeing the moment when they understand a concept and their face lights up is rewarding. Creating a relationship with the student and making an impact on their journey is an enjoyable experience for me especially at the end when I can see their growth academically.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My strengths as a tutor are being able to create a unique connection to each student where their comfortable to make mistakes and tell me where they are struggling in. I am driven to see my students succeed and will help them as much as I possibly can. Additionally, I understand that each student is different and so another strength of mine is that I'm able to adapt accordingly to each student depending on their learning methods, strengths and weaknesses. I consider instilling a growth mindset into a student is very important as that is the only way a student will see growth and start to succeed. With a positive mindset, students can embrace mistakes and see them as a learning curve to success. Additionally, building confidence in a student is also very important as it helps them overcome challenges and put in effort to strive further in their academic journey.
