I believe the best reward in tutoring is seeing your student achieving their goals. Be it them achieving high grades in their exams or seeing their face light up as they finally understand a concept they found difficult. As a tutor I strive to first understand the student, assess where they excel and where they lack and try various approaches to see which method enables the student to absorb content at a level where they can grasp concepts from the basics. Based on results from the above I then create a bullet proof study routine that ensures the student is on track to wards academic excellence. my skillsets in perception and performance analytics helps me track the student's progress, raise and resolve any hitches in their academic progress.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Listen to the student. I firmly belive that students know where they lack and what's stopping them from achieving their goals. Ensure the student doesn't lose hope or motivation to study.
