What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the reward of sharing and passing my knowledge to those who aim to improve in their knowledge and skills to reach their full academic potential. I enjoy interacting with others too as I am a social and extrovert individual. Therefore, tutoring is a great job to fulfil both of these facets that I value.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I would consider myself an approachable, friendly and charismatic individual. I believe these inherent traits are imperative for a tutor as it allows the student to feel comfortable, relaxed and trustworthy towards their tutor. Therefore, it allows them to feel safe to ask whatever questions or concerns they have, and it allows me as the tutor, to gage what the students needs and wants are.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

I believe it is to share knowledge and skills that can generate a foundation to assist the student to develop naturally their problem solving and academic skills. I believe by spoon-feeding or providing the answers to students are ineffective, as the student will not be able to apply such skills to other problems they may encounter.
