What I enjoy most about tutoring is helping others understand a concept and seeing the relaxation on their face as they finally figure it out. In addition, I believe it is a great opportunity for me to strengthen my own skills and knowledge. It is also amazing to know that I was able to positively impact my students' schooling career and ultimately their path in life.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
One of my strength as a tutor is that I am thorough with my understanding of the subjects selected that will enable me to guide my students accurately. I can recognise when a student doesn't understand or struggle with a concept through their expressions and the way they approach the questions. Another one of my strength is my positive personality and patience that allow my students to be comfortable and relaxed.Most important things I can do for a student π
I believe one of the most important thing a tutor can do is helping the students to understand the concept rather than just knowing how to solve the problem. For instance, while memorising a formula and applying it to the problem is good, understanding the derivation and the concept thoroughly will help them to retain the information and adapt to more complex questions that may appear different than the one practice.
