What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
I enjoy the satisfaction of helping others and seeing them succeed and improve in their results.
My Strengths as Tutor ๐ช
I believe my strengths as a tutor is that I have recently graduated from school so I have an understanding of the best way to be taught. This also allows me to be able to properly connect with the students. This is another one of my strengths of being patient while tutoring when a student doesn't understand a concept and trying to help them to understand it through new ways of thinking.
Most important things I can do for a student ๐
I believe the most important things a tutor can do is be trusted by the student and beneficially help the student with lots of positive reinforcement rather than condescendingly negatively motivating them. Within this, it is important to create a supportive environment where the student can admit they still don't understand a topic, so that the student doesn't feel embarrassed that they don't understand something. Additionally, it is important to improve the knowledge of the students to better grasp concepts and hopefully improve results while also instilling better efforts by the student.
