What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I find the idea of tutoring rewarding as I will be given the opportunity to help students with their studies as well as other personal queries. The prospect of dedicating my time to students who need help with learning, want to excel academically or just want to keep up to date with content would be enjoyable and an overall great experience.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, understanding the student would be one of my key strengths. Every student has a different way of learning, a different pace they want to learn, and different approaches to solving problems. My ability to adapt to a student's individual goals and understand their style of learning would allow for a smoother learning progress. Being aware of these differences would help benefit both the student and myself. Other strengths include clear communication skills and organisation skills which I believe are vital for tutoring.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Being there for a student is one of the most important things a tutor can do for a student. Whilst tutors are there to help guide a student's learning progress, they should also present themselves as a supportive friend. The relationship between a student and tutor is important and aspects like giving general advice, and helping students during tough periods ensure a positive relationship. Hence, being there for your student in any way is the most important thing a tutor can do for a student.
