What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Well, in that time when I tutored or mentored my students, I enjoyed focusing and learning where the gaps are. That gave me the motivation searching for exercises and ways to explain and to teach my students in a reliable way helping them to grow and to master their exams. That helped me also to grow myself within my profession gathering experience in listening to customer‘s requirements and to enhance my problem solving skills.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Honestly speaking, in the beginning of my tutor career I didn’t know. Students were just improving. During my mentorships and teaching I realised that my motivational communication and examples how they can benefit later in life made that big asset. I am patient and guide the student through the problem, structure it and show him how I solve it. After a while I gather an explanation by him/her how he/she would solve it. In most of my cases that showed successful results., also in the exams.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

1. Listen 2. Figure out what the problem is (gap, lack of knowledge or understanding, laziness,…) 3. Search for an approach solving and supporting the student 4. Exercise it 5. Proof 6. Feedback
