What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoyed my voluntary tutoring experience because it allowed me to observe students improve academically, understand their subject matters better and share their knowledge with others from my instructions. It had allowed me to form several connections via referrals, and to hear amazing feedbacks such as techniques being unique, adaptable, effective, and reliable, I was thrilled to be admired and to me to know that I have helped someone become more successful in life.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths include having a strong understanding of maths up to year 11 methods, but the passion, punctuality, communication, and organisation skills needed to assist students with their studies. Other relevant strengths include patience, the motivation to proactively find solutions and explain concepts in ways that students can understand them digitally and in person. I believe these are crucial because a tutor’s main objective is to assist students in identifying and overcoming their difficulties.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important things a tutor can do for their student, in my opinion, are to be flexible and honest in their tutoring methods, ready and flexible in modifying and enhancing the educational experience by bringing necessary equipment, and understanding, advising, and encouraging a student to build upon the key skills they already possess to help them gain confidence, organise, prepare, and overcome the challenges they face.
