What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I always enjoy interacting with younger peers and students and it's always a pleasure for me to impart my learnings to them in some way or the other. As a wise man once said, knowledge grows when shared with everyone and I couldn't agree more with this thought. Moreover, with the added benefit of reinforcing one's own foundational concepts, the most enjoyable thing about tutoring for me is when my students perform better and believe in life-long learning, and not just doing it for the sake of exams.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a tutor, my biggest strengths would include innovatively ensuring that my students relate to the subject matter in a real-world context, and not just from an academic standpoint, along with making it easy to comprehend, and apply. Moreover, having given my fair share of competitive and school exams, I believe sharing my experience in them would be valuable. Furthermore, as someone who can empathise with the students having just passed high school this year and starting uni immediately after, I am sure in my capability of guiding my students to successfully achieve their academic goals.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe the single most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to provide patient and constant support for them outside of their classroom, and try to clear all their doubts effectively. Moreover, a tutor should guide their students in a manner in which they can focus on key areas of improvement and then work on realistic goals, which match their future aspirations.
