What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐Ÿ˜

Tutoring gives me a sense of accomplishment. Seeing people completely understand a concept that was difficult for them might be the most rewarding part of tutoring. It does not only give me a chance to impart my knowledge to a lot of people but it is also a way for me to gain experience and new skillset from people I encounter.

My Strengths as Tutor ๐Ÿ’ช

As a tutor, I would say that my strongest trait would be attention to detail. I believe in planning and execution and I always make sure to be ready for a subject or topic to teach before I begin tutoring. I see to it that I organize what needs to be learned first or what needs to be prioritized so that no time is wasted and that the person I am tutoring would most benefit from my time with him/her.

Most important things I can do for a student ๐Ÿ…

Being consistent, diligent and warm are what I consider to be the most important things a tutor can do for a student. A tutor needs to be consistent in his/her teaching methods as well as his/her approach to a specific topic so that the student can easily understand what is being taught. A tutor needs to be diligent too, finding ways and solutions on how to better explain what most students find hard to comprehend. Most importantly, a tutor needs to have warmth, to be able to encourage students and to build their confidence on subjects that are most difficult for them.
