What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I enjoy the relationships you build with your students through tutoring, we are able to both learn new things along the way. Additionally, I find it as a very rewarding experience to be able to help my students reach for their goals.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths are that I have excellent verbal communication skills that I can use to help my students to understand complex situations. Furthermore, I have problem solving skills, being able to adapt into situations we come unaware of. Lastly, as a very extroverted person, I am always optimistic and energetic in everything I do, this allows me to create a strong bond between my students, keeping them engages and motivated throughout the session.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things a tutor can do for a student is definitely taking initiative in everything they do. An outstanding tutor should be able take charge and seize the initiative; being a role model, for example, if a student has an exam coming up, a tutor should take the initiative to provide extra sessions; being able to put their best foot forward and provide a good quality lesson. Patience is an excellent attribute, by approaching my students in a calm, respectful and approachable environment, students can create a learning space that values every student regardless of their ability.
