I really enjoy the interaction with my pupils. I get to understand their personalities, cultures, and even how their mind function, such as how they absorb the lectures and solve different problems. Guidance: This is the first reason why parents send their kids to tutor, not just to have good grades but to have proper guidance and a system when it comes to dealing with their studies. 2. Connection: There is no greater way to help these kids get comfortable with their tutor than to have relatable interactions with them. Once you establish that, they can trust you. 3.
