What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Well, I've done tutoring to kids when I was studying engineering in India mostly in Maths and history. In my 5 months of experience, I came across with range of kids some learn fast and some need more attention and a creative approach after you have done that, One thing is certain and common amongst all of them. It doesn't matter if they like studying or not but when they finally learn something or master a new skill, Their eyes light up with excitement and that is the ultimate reward. That's something not many jobs can give you.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Every student is different and needs a different approach sometimes. We've known this since the big bang probably. But we keep ignoring something even more fundamental, Each student needs to be heard, their problem and how they are arising. Students want to be heard. And this is my forte. I am able to adapt according to students needs and then impart the learning. History and maths are often considered boring but I think they are exciting and fun. I make math and history fun.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Engage, Communicate, Feedback. I think these three are the pillars of a student's willingness to learn. Apart from that, it is the tutor's responsibility to ensure the students learn.
