What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Despite not having any formal one to one tutoring experience. I have 10+ years in a management position whereby I have used both the teach and coach model on new employees. This has been extremely rewarding as I watch the lightbulb moments, as well as seeing those people I have trained go on to have successful and fulfilling careers within the businesses I have managed.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I would say my strengths are that I can adapt my training style to meet the needs on the student. I am creative with my methods and look outside the box to make things click. I can change my approach to suit each learner.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
