As a current university student, I understand the frustration that can sometimes be involved in learning a new topic and how that can be amplified by a teacher or tutor who does not adapt to your individual learning needs. This insight is my greatest strength, it ensures that I take care in understanding the student's needs and adapt my teaching style accordingly.
