What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy the one on one interactions as well as the group-setting interactions in a tutoring environment. Being able to create a happy and safe place for students to freely and comfortably speak up about their doubts and confusions is important. Hence, I always try my best to understand the student's requirements to assist them better. Seeing the final look at students after understanding the context is my motivation to continue teaching in different ways to best address their needs.

My communication and multitasking skills allow me to focus on students while also quickly mentally planning out how I can teach a concept differently to get students to better understand the problems and be confident with their answers.

One of the most important things a tutor can do is for their student to be comfortable and friendly with their tutor so the students can speak with comfort. Creating the tutoring environment fun and engaging is also critical for students to stay focused and genuinely continue to learn and grow.
