What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
While tutoring, I enjoy the development of a student. Not because of their improvement in academic alone, but also their improvement as a person. It took great discipline for a person to understand and apply the lesson taught by tutors. As one might think that tutor are not real educator and refuses to obey. Tutoring is close to peer-support in academic, being able to successfully create a great environment for students and witness their growth would be such a great honor.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I have been to quite a few tutoring class since primary school. I believe that the environment created by a tutor is very important as it brings impact towards student, whether they are able to digest the studies or otherwise.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I believe that the most important thing a tutor can do for for a student is focusing on their weakness in the particular subject, understand it, then move forward as in begin with the tutoring. Instead of discussing the whole chapter, a tutor should focus on reviewing the class and not repeat the session done in school. Additionally, a tutor should create a more friendly environment for student to feel more comfortable and feeling less in school.
